habits, emotions, and thought patterns show up in the body and shape how we respond to the world… so we’ll slow things down enough to notice your patterns, reactions, and protective strategies. maybe they make sense, maybe they no longer serve you. you decide on the change we move towards.
a core part of the work is lifestyle change and habit-building. no all-or-nothing overhauls. we focus on small, consistent shifts that fit your real life. together we’ll figure out what works for you- e.g. learning how to regulate your nervous system, working with mindset patterns, developing practical skills related to sleep, movement, nutrition, stress management, and daily structure.

meditations
i also offer guided meditations and co-meditation sessions. these are practical, real-time spaces to meet thoughts, emotions, and internal experiences as they arise, with support. meditation here isn’t about doing it “right”—it’s about building awareness, presence, and a reliable relationship with yourself.
This work is collaborative and grounded. I’m not here to diagnose, fix you or push you into someone you’re not. I’m here to help you work with your internal landscape and build a steady internal base.
